LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT GOALS

LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION (LCIF) DISTRICT/LDSF/LCIF PROJECTS

  • To complete10 Vision Centres with LCIF support
  • To complete 10 Diabetes centres with LCIF support
  • To complete the Cancer Research and Infrastructure project at Kidwai with LCIF support
  • To complete the expansion of Kidney Dialysis Centre at Shirdi Sai Hospital funded by LCIF and LDSF
  • To provide scholarships of Rs.8 lakh to 40 students

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INITIATIVE (CSR)

  • To identify corporates/govt and semi-govt departments to partner with district and club projects through LDSF

PUBLIC RELATIONS / IMAGE BUILDING / MARKETING

  • To conduct rallies and walkathons
  • To encourage clubs to post service activities in social media and prominent publications
  • To erect hoardings at key locations in the district geographic area

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT GOALS

  • To ensure 10 per cent Net Growth in the existing clubs
  • Toachieve 95 per cent Retention in existing Clubs
  • To bring all the clubs with less than 20 members to grow 21 andabove
  • To ensure effective indoctrination of all prospective Lions
  • Charter 12 New Clubs including Speciality Clubs
  • Toorganise New Member Orientation at district level
  • Topromote the Leo Lion programme
  • Toorganise Family and women member symposium
  • New Voices Leadership workshops
  • Women's Day Programme
  • To engage grassroot Lions through contact programme

HEALTH

  • To screen 25,000 people for diabetes
  • To screen 25,000 people for vision
  • To distribute 5,000 spectacles
  • To facilitate 1,000 cataract surgeries
  • To conduct four Mega Health Camps, one in each quarter
  • To organise awareness programmes on childhood cancer and help children undergoing treatment
  • To organize blood donation camps to collect 20,000 units of blood

HUNGER RELIEF

  • To encourage clubs to participate in reliving hunger and feed 100000 throughout the year at KC General Hospital and other Locations

EDUCATION

  • To organise 04 TTWs for Quest
  • To implement Quest programmesin more schools
  • To conduct more Kannada and Culture programmes
  • To promote Peace Poster competitions

MJF/PMJF/ LIONS SHARE PROGRAMME

  • Contribution of minimum of $50,000 to LCIF by motivating 50 Lions/Leos to become MJF/PMJF
  • Those clubs who have pledged to become Campaign 100 Model Clubs to fulfill their pledge before May 31st, 2025.
  • To reach out fo more Lions to contribute atleast $50 / $100 per member to participate in lions share programme
